Where can I track the status of my order?
You can track your order anytime on our website at www.eldron.in/order-status. A tracking link is also shared via WhatsApp, SMS, and email once your order is shipped.
What is the standard delivery timeline?
Orders are usually delivered within 9 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may happen due to courier issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we’ll keep you updated.
My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please check with your building security, neighbors, or family members. If you still can’t find it, contact us at hello@eldron.in for assistance.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
What if there is a quality issue?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@eldron.in. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
I received the wrong item or size. What should I do?
Please write to us at hello@eldron.in within 7 days. We’ll ensure the correct product is sent to you quickly.
Are there products not eligible for return or exchange?
Products used, washed, or returned without original tags are not eligible. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories may also be non-returnable.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, gift packaging is available upon request at checkout.
Can I include a personal message with the gift?
Yes, you can add a message card with your order.
Can multiple discounts be combined in a single order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you charge for shipping?
No — shipping and returns are free across India.
