Where can I track the status of my order?
You can track your order anytime on our website at: Order Tracking. A tracking link is also shared via WhatsApp, SMS, and email once your order is shipped.
What is the standard delivery timeline?
Orders are usually delivered within 9 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may happen due to courier issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we’ll keep you updated.
My tracking number says my order is delivered, but I cannot find it.
Please check with your building security, neighbors, or family members. If you still can’t find it, contact us at help.eldron@gmail.com for assistance.
What is the return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges are free of charge for one time, after that, charges apply accordingly. For returns or refunds, a 10% fee on the order value applies. Since each Eldron piece is made to order, these charges help us manage production costs and maintain our quality standards.
What if there is a quality issue?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at help.eldron@gmail.com. We will arrange the best possible solution for you.
I received the wrong item or size. What should I do?
When you receive your parcel, please make a quick unboxing video. If you’ve received the wrong item or size, write to us immediately at help.eldron@gmail.com. We’ll ensure the correct product is sent to you as quickly as possible.
Are there products not eligible for return or exchange?
Products used, washed, or returned without original tags are not eligible. For hygiene reasons, innerwear and accessories may also be non-returnable.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, gift packaging is available upon request at checkout.
Can I include a personal message with the gift?
Yes, you can add a message card with your order.
Can multiple discounts be combined in a single order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you charge for shipping?
No — shipping and returns are free across India.
