  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 7-9 business days across India.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an update with your tracking details.
  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order to avoid any delays.
Note: During high-demand periods or sales, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eldron purchase.

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    Eligibility:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Returns are not accepted for items marked Final Sale or Customized.

    Exchange:
    • Exchanges are free of charge for one time; after that, charges apply accordingly.
    • You can exchange your order for a different size or product (subject to availability).

    Refund:
    • For returns or refunds, a 10% fee on the order value applies.
    • Once your return is approved and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-9 business days.
