- We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

- In case of COD, failure to accept delivery may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are generally delivered within 9 business days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, natural events).
- Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are free of charge.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer.
- Eldron reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
